Motivational Quote
Waste not fresh tears over old griefs.  Euripides, 484 BC-406 BC
The level of achievement and success in your life is tied to a little but powerful concept that I often refer to as the MI index. ‘M’ stands for  memory and ‘I’ stands for imagination. Let me start with memory: the memories of our past often times tend to crowd our reasoning especially when we are referencing  to bad things that happened to us.

These bad memories substantially form the basis of attitudes that we develop towards circumstances and situations that we find ourselves in. As a matter of fact, the attitudes that we develop is what births us into any circumstance in the first place. The more an individual regurgitates on the bad memories, the more the brain cells are limited in exploring new line of possibilities.
Here is the deal, if you want to progress on in life, you would have to starve your bad memories with very creative imaginations. This reinforces your positive beliefs systems and it propels you forward towards your desires and aspirations. The interesting bit about memory and imagination is that you can always stretch as far back and as far forward as you can. So the quality of life that you will experience is dependent on your willingness to stretch your imaginations in order to compensate for your bad memories.
